I don't understand how this could have happened, I sure hope they find out whom is responsible for this childs horrific death.. This just angers me so much

It's such a shame about this little boy and someone has to be held accountable Loic Rogers a 3 year old should never be left alone. If foul play was used to get rid of this child I hope they find who did it. If it was a sibling that child needs some help desperately. Pray for the children, they need it.
