BILLBOARD RELOCATION ANNOUNCMENT!!!!!

We are pleased to announce the Relocation of a 14’ by 48’ billboard for Billy located in Waterbury, CT. It is Now located on Route 84 west as you approach the Hamilton Ave. exit. 23 It displays a large picture of Billy, along with contact information.

The Kristen Foundation is responsible for making this billboard happen again.

Without the help of The Kristen Foundation led by Joan Scanlon-Petruski which has helped many, many families of Endangered Missing Adults, this billboard would not exist. We can’t thank this organization enough. The Kristen Foundation is an organization that with the help of donations is able to aid families of the missing. To those who have already helped, A Big Thank You!!!

Joan we thank you from the bottom of our hearts in making this billboard a reality for our family and for all the people who will be viewing Billy’s Billboard as they drive by. Some will see it on a daily basis. Can you imagine how many will see that Billy is Missing for the first time in their travels? Maybe someone will have a small clue that can lead to answers as to what happened on August 24, 2004?

We also want to thank Lamar Advertising along with Teresa Holuk and their entire Staff for their great job. Lamar Advertising is very much up to date in helping the Missing. They now have 4 – digital high tech billboards, 2 on I-84 east and west bound in Hartford and 2 in Bridgeport going North and South on I-95. These billboards will handle any future Amber Alerts when a child is kidnapped or abducted. Again, Thanks Lamar for helping our family by keeping Billy in the public eye.

It was a pleasure working with Joan and Teresa on this project. Combining all of your experience and talents for a beautiful finished product!!!!
