New Reward for Allison Jackson Foy
Cash Reward for the Direct Location

Wilmington, NC. – Allison Jackson Foy’s remains missing and now a new reward of $3,000 in addition to the crime stoppers reward, Wilmington offered over a month ago is in place.
Allison vanished on July 30th,, she has not been seen or heard from since. Family members have made several trips to the Carolinas in search for her and have left empty handed.

The reward is offered to any person that provides the direct location of Allison’s whereabouts and tipsters can remain anonymous. Someone knows something out there and we hope this reward will encourage someone in need to help bring Allison home, “said, Monica Caison”, CUE Founder.

Allison Foy was last seen at the Junction Billiards Sports Bar located at 5216 Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington, NC; she was employed at the Holiday Inn Hotel as an assistant manager. Days later the vehicle Allison was driving was located in the parking of the billiard pub.

In the last 3 months her family has worked tirelessly to find her and promote her case launching a website http://www.helpfindallison.com/, hosting benefits for search efforts, campaigning national news shows and more. CUE Center for Missing Persons, along with law officials, private investigators and her family have run down many leads only to find another dead end.

We remain hopeful a resolution will come forward, however there are many days that fear sets in of the unknown, “said, Lisa Valentino”, Allison’s sister.

CUE Center volunteers will continue to search for Allison and provide continual support to her family, said CUE’s Founder, Monica Caison.

Anyone with information about Allison Jackson Foy’s disappearance or her whereabouts is asked to call their local law enforcement agency or the confidential 24-hour tip-line at the CUE Center for Missing Persons: (910) 232-1687. Tips can also be cuecenter@aol.com or left at the Center’s Web site at www.ncmissingpersons.org.

Patricia's Law Press Conference - Thursday, 10/19/06 - 11 AM

Everyone,
NJ District Senator Loretta Weinberg will be hosting a Press Conference on Thursday, 10/19/06 at 11AM in front of our
house at 70 Chestnut Ave, Bogota, NJ.

We will discuss the introduction of a new Missing Persons Bill, S-2255, or Patricia's Law.
All are welcome to attend.

A draft of the Bill and Press Release are attached for your review. Links to NJ's Legislature are shown below

Background Information

Patricia's Law and the majority of its language were born over a year ago in April 2005 as Model Legislation at the
first National Strategy Meeting on identifying the Missing. At this conference, the National Criminal Justice Reference
Service brought together Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement, medical examiners and coroners, victim's advocates,
forensic scientists, key policymakers and families who have lived through this tragic experience to develop the baseline
Missing Persons' Model Legislation. The Model was now ready for the next step.

ProjectJason.org, a not for profit Missing Persons organization, facilitated the next step and called for volunteers in each
of the 50 states and the District of Columbia to retain a Sponsor to support the Model Missing Persons Legislation at the
state level. Campaign for the Missing 2006, a grassroots effort, was born and volunteers came forward from many states
to take the Model Legislation, tailor it for their respective state, retain a Sponsor and forge it into law. I took on NJ and
Senator Weinberg and her staff immediately embraced the new proposed Legislation, making NJ the first state to obtain
sponsorship and making it a reason for all of us to be proud. I know I am. At present, there are 22 states, including NJ
actively pursuing similar legislation. Seven of those, including NJ have obtained sponsorship. Three states have passed Law
in their respective state. For NJ, we are well on our way. Patricia's Law was introduced to the NJ Senate on
Oct 12, 2006. I encourage everyone to learn more about Patricia's Law and for everyone to contact their respective
NJ Senators, Assemblymen, and Assemblywomen to request their support for Patricia's Law when it comes to vote.

Patricia's Law will provide HOPE to families missing their loved ones by:

- Improving the Law Enforcement Community's ability to locate and ensure a safe return
of missing persons.

- Improving the collection of critical information about missing persons.

- Prioritizing high-risk missing person cases, and ensuring for prompt dissemination of critical information to
other law enforcement agencies and the public.

- Enhancing the current system of notifying families of missing persons.

- Improving the identification of human remains.

- Providing for feedback to families of missing persons by law enforcement in regard to the existence two National Centers,
The Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Center for Missing Adults, where families will have access many
services to aid in locating their missing loved one.

I plan to continue to work with Senator Weinberg's staff and colleagues to ensure passage of Patricia's Law in NJ.

Thanks
Jim

Blog: Project Jason

9/30/06 Project Jason Family Member Chats
One of the most common questions I receive from families of the missing is in regards to local support groups. Family members are shocked when I tell them there is no such thing, other than one I know of in Indianapolis.

We would attempt to try to start one locally, but because of privacy laws, I generally do not know the contact information for local family members, unless they find us on the internet or hear about us via word of mouth. Since I am unable to get in touch with these families, we cannot offer a support group.

Family members of missing children can be assigned an experienced volunteer to call them on the phone through the wonderful organization, TEAM Hope, for which I am also a volunteer. www.teamhope.org Team Hope is a division of NCMEC.

Family members of missing adults can utilize the Hope2Support forum sponsored by the National Center for Missing Adults at www.theyaremissed.org. The forum can be found at http://www.hope2support.com/ Registration and validation of the missing person case is required.

These two groups are excellent ways for families of missing persons to get support from persons who truly understand what they are going through in this situation. However, in both cases, real time, conversational interaction with other family members is lacking. To try to address this need, Project Jason began a bi-monthly text chat on the internet. We started with a small core group of chatters, and add a few more each time. Even though we haven’t met that many times, I see the beginnings of friendships among those who share this sad, but common bond.

We’re also striving to increase the value of these chats, and have begun to pursue having special guests who are experts in different areas of our cause. These guests will be on hand to answer questions from family members in relation to their particular field of expertise. We’ll be in contact with professionals in the areas of Law Enforcement, media, DNA, heads of other organizations, grief and trauma, search teams, and many more. There will be a guest for one of the two chats per month, with the other chat reserved for interaction with the family members of missing persons.

We will post the transcripts of the chats with guests so that persons who are unable to attend can have this valuable information provided made available to them. If you are a family member of a missing person and are interested in coming to this online chat, please let us know, and we will include you in the email list that will contain the details of the chat and where to go on the Internet. Generally, our chats are held on Tuesdays at 7:30pm CST.

Let me know if you would like to be on the email list for chat events by writing to kelly.jolkowski(at sign)projectjason.org. Please use Family Member Chat in the subject line of your email.

I Wish

The pain of losing a child is an unbearable pain that NO parent would like to experience but in this world of ours, it does happen. Gone too soon! Web sites like ours should never exist but they do.

Check out the pictures to see if you may know someone, regardless if on the Internet or in real life

Murder Unsolved

Your law enforcement officers,

Will track a killer down,

They'll work long days and hours,

Until the murderer has been found.

But for me my name did not stand out,

Amongst the rich or famous,

Perhaps the neighborhood in which I lived,

Had a reputation that's worn and tainted!

I did not ask for my life to end,

In such a brutal fashion,

Murdered, raped, and sodomized,

My torment is everlasting.

Surely you hear a voice that weeps,

My soul now racked with pain,

Seeking justice for those responsible,

Stop the monster who walks insane!

Remove me from your "Cold Case Files",

And give me a brand new name,

Call me a "Special Lost Angel",

Pretend I'm surrounded by fame!

I cannot rest until the day has come,

When I can permanently close my eyes,

And join the others from "Cold Case Files",

Please find the killers who caused our demise!

A Cry for Help
